What is a Handyman? A handyman, also known as a fixer, handyperson or handyworker, is a person skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically around the home. They are a person whom works in general building maintenance.

There are 3 easy steps to stand out from other competitors , other companies, & the crowd of DIY Do it's.

Dress to Impress.

One way to stand out as a Handyman is to always take care of personal appearances. I can't tell you how many times I've had a client tell me they chose me over someone else because I "Dressed for the Job". Most People judge books by their covers, so give them a cover they want to see. You must maintain the appearance of a professional, stay groomed, & dress well when meeting clients.

Being ON TIME!

This step is one of my favorites & will never disappear from any business that I am apart of which is, being on time! It is by far one of the most important qualities in business. It shows just how important someone is when they take the extra effort to call and confirm appointments & show up on time!

Have Integrity.

Having integrity goes along way. In today's time men & women don't honor what they say, they tell the customer what they want to hear instead of what needs to be said. Don't tell a customer you are going to call them if you don't have any intention of following up. Keep your word! It is better to be honest & respected then lie & develop a reputation.
